An example of the process that we have used successfully for many Clients is given below.

• After making initial contact the Client supplies GRAFTON with a brief outline
  specification (See Request for Engineering Support Form)
• An initial meeting is then held to evaluate the nature of the task
• Following careful consideration of the requirement suitable specialist engineering
  support is offered to the Client
• A price is agreed for the work together with full contract terms and conditions
• The specialist engineering support is then integrated into the Client's project team,
  whilst GRAFTON handle all the administration
